Every order undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist with size exchanges. Please note that we do not currently accept returns.
Exchanges are available for domestic orders only. Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, and the original packaging and tags must be intact. Please review the following before submitting an exchange request. We provide comprehensive product details including colour, fit, and care instructions. However, slight colour variations may occur due to differences in screen displays. Exchange requests based on colour differences, fabric material, or quality concerns cannot be accommodated. OOTD only processes exchanges for orders placed through our official website, and international orders are not eligible for exchange at this time.
If your request meets the above criteria, you can submit your exchange request within 24-48 hours of delivery using the form below. A processing fee of ₹200 per product will be charged, and you are required to email the payment screenshot to us. Once confirmed, ship the item to the address provided by our team and share the AWB number, courier company name, and proof of dispatch. Please use reputable courier services only, as OOTD is not liable for items lost in transit. Upon receipt at our warehouse, the product will undergo quality inspection. Once approved, your new size will be dispatched within 7-10 working days. Only one size exchange is permitted per order. If your requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued, which remains valid for 90 days.
OOTD does not offer returns or refunds on delivered products. Size exchanges are available as outlined above. For damaged or defective items, a 5% gateway charge applies to all refunds. An unboxing video and photos of the damage are required as all orders are thoroughly quality checked before shipping. Without video evidence, requests cannot be processed. OOTD reserves the right to refuse exchanges if products are not in original condition, damaged, used, stained, or missing accessories such as masks or scrunchies.
If a parcel is returned to origin due to the customer being unreachable, unresponsive, or providing an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee of ₹100 will apply. OOTD is not responsible for such returns. Please note that all sale items and orders purchased using discount codes or coupons are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
